Bank Receptionist

Function

As a Bank Receptionist at our dynamic branch in Melle, you’ll play a key role in offering customers a warm welcome and providing them with professional guidance on their day-to-day banking matters. You are the first point of contact for customers and ensure that they feel supported and well informed. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and enquiries, such as opening accounts, applying for cards and simple loans (LOAs).
• Providing excellent service, both commercially and administratively.
• You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Profile

To be successful as a Bank Receptionist, you should recognise yourself in the following:

• You already have some initial experience in the banking sector
• Business-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach.
