Bank Receptionist

Function

As a Reception Clerk at the versatile branch located in Melle, you fulfil a key role by giving clients a warm welcome and professionally guiding them through their day-to-day banking matters. You are the first point of contact for clients and ensure they feel supported and well-informed. Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers with day-to-day transactions and enquiries, such as opening accounts, applying for cards and simple loans (LOAs).
• Providing excellent service, both commercially and administratively.
• You will work closely with colleagues to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Profile

For this position as Reception Clerk at the Bank, you recognise yourself in the following:

• At least a first experience in the banking sector
• Business-minded with excellent interpersonal skills.
• A customer-focused and empathetic approach.
• Strong communication skills, both oral and written.
• A proactive and problem-solving approach.
• In possession of a PCP certificate.
