Banking & insurance adviser

Function

• Advising customers around day-to-day banking products (payments, savings, basic investment)
• Assisting customers with credit enquiries and insurance solutions
• Building and maintaining long-term customer relationships
• Detecting opportunities and responding to customer needs
• Referral to specialists (invest, credit, insurance) where necessary
• Follow-up on files and ensure correct administrative processing
• Actively contribute to the commercial objectives of the firm

Profile

• Bachelor's or master's degree, preferably in a financial field
• First experience in banking, insurance or commercial role is a plus
• Strongly communicative and customer-oriented
• Commercially minded, with a long-term focus
• Interested in financial products and willing to learn more
• Team player who can also work independently
