Autocad draftsman (possibility of working from home)
Function
As AutoCAD Draftsman You will play an important role within a leading contracting company active in various technical sectors, including telecom, electromechanical installations, tunnel lighting and public lighting. You will make an essential contribution to the technical preparation and execution of diverse infrastructure projects.
Your responsibilities:
- Preparation and elaboration of various technical drawings, including signage plans, implantation plans, detail drawings, permit plans and construction schedules.
- Independently prepare and organise assignments, working with clients and internal stakeholders when necessary to gather the necessary information.
- Adjust, update and finalise technical drawings throughout the various project phases, from design to as-built file.
- Working closely with colleagues, clients and external partners, and coordinating assigned files.
- Perform checks and validations to ensure designs comply with applicable standards, regulations and technical specifications.
Profile
Your profile:
You are someone who derives energy from technical drawing work and enjoy working on challenging infrastructure and construction projects. Thanks to your accuracy and technical insight, you know how to convert plans into high-quality drawings that form the basis for successful implementation.
In addition, you possess:
- A bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant experience within a similar position.
- A thorough knowledge of AutoCAD and a strong interest in new developments within CAD software and digital design tools.
- Ability to interpret and analyse technical and construction plans fluently.
- A precise and structured work attitude, combined with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Good collaboration skills, without losing sight of your independence.
- The motivation to continuously learn and expand your technical knowledge.
- A driving licence B and own transport are a plus.
- Experience with or knowledge of utility lines and underground infrastructure is an important asset.
