Assistant Project Manager Infra

Function

As Assistant Project Manager Infra You will support the project leader in the day-to-day organisation and execution of a variety of infrastructure projects. You will contribute to smooth operations on site and monitor quality, progress and efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Daily site management, in close coordination with the project manager
• Preparing and executing works by directing foremen, workers and subcontractors
• Ordering, tracking and managing materials
• Taking care of and monitoring the entire site administration
• Liaise with building owner, engineering firms and other stakeholders
• Ensuring correct application of relevant standards and specifications
• Participating in the qualitative and timely implementation of various projects in Flanders and Brussels

Profile

We are looking for a driven site manager/assistant project manager with technical knowledge and potential to grow further in project leadership.

You possess:

• A degree in construction engineering or equivalent experience as a site manager within infrastructure
• Strong organisational skills and a flexible attitude
• Leadership potential and ability to motivate and manage people
• Good knowledge of Dutch; knowledge of French is a plus
• Personal values consistent with passion - respect - honesty
