Function

As a banking adviser, you start all-round to get to know all aspects of the bank: products, systems, customers and so on. Initially, you will learn all about day-to-day banking and be introduced step by step to the basics of insurance, loans and investments. In time, it is possible to specialise in a branch of your choice that you feel most comfortable with.

In other words, this is an all-round position, where you can learn everything step by step and eventually become a real expert within a particular domain.

Profile

• You hold at least a bachelor's degree.
• You know how to communicate with different types of customers in a professional manner.
• You possess the ability to put customers first and offer services that meet their needs and expectations.
• You can work well with colleagues from different niches to offer customers a full range of products.
• You have the ability to identify and exploit business opportunities.
• You are fluent in Dutch.
