Function

• You will guide and support private customers in realising their financial plans, both digitally and in person
• You will provide tailored advice on banking, credit, insurance and retirement savings, always with an eye on their personal situation
• You help customers smoothly with digital tools and online banking solutions
• Together with your team, you actively contribute to achieving commercial goals and a positive customer experience
• You will receive regular feedback from your sales manager to grow in your role yourself
• You build strong, lasting customer relationships by listening carefully and thinking along with them
• You follow new trends within the industry and are keen to keep up to date with the latest developments
• You contribute to a trusting and accessible banking environment

Profile

• You have a higher education degree or at least three years of relevant experience in a customer-facing or commercial role
• You speak Dutch and French fluently
• Customer focus, listening and advisory skills characterise you
• You feel at home in the financial sector and get energy from finding solutions
• Teamwork and achieving common goals motivate you
• You have digital skills and can guide customers through online banking
• Curiosity and ambition to grow as a professional are key
