Credit Advisor

Function

Our client is looking for a driven Credit Advisor to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You actively listen to the customer's needs and propose appropriate credit solutions (mortgages, consumer loans, etc.).
• You build a relationship of trust with customers and aim for a long-term partnership.
• You follow up new leads and existing customers systematically, without coming across as pushy.
• You inform customers clearly and transparently about conditions, risks and benefits of various credit products.
• Where necessary, you lend a hand to your colleagues in insurance and investments.

Profile

Our client is looking for a colleague who knows the world of credit well and preferably also has knowledge of insurance and investments. In doing so, they have the following requirements:

• A first working experience in loans, preferably in mortgage loans.
• A degree in economics is a plus.
• Strong social skills with a customer-oriented and empathetic approach.
• Flexibility and a positive attitude that contributes to our collegial team atmosphere.
• You are not afraid of commercial conversations and challenges.
