Function

As an investment adviser, you guide clients in their investment decisions and translate their financial goals into clear and personalised advice. Based in Tervuren, you work alongside a small team and contribute to building lasting client relationships.

• Managing an existing client portfolio
• Identifying opportunities through telephone contacts and warm leads
• Analysing needs, risk profiles, and expectations
• Drawing up clear and well-substantiated investment proposals
• Assisting with wealth management, estate planning, and succession matters
• Ensuring correct administration and transparent follow-up

Profile

• A bachelor's or master's degree is welcome; a financial background is not a requirement
• You already hold the necessary PCP certificates
• An affinity with investments and financial markets is important
• You preferably have 0–3 years of experience in financial services, client advisory, or a commercial advisory role
• Strong starters with the right motivation are also welcome
• Commercial instinct helps you to build contacts and follow up on opportunities
• You communicate clearly in Dutch; French and/or English is an advantage
• You work independently, take responsibility, and handle files with care

Organisation

You will join a small and close-knit team where collaboration and team objectives take centre stage, rather than hard selling. In this environment, you will have the space to grow, learn, and gradually take on more responsibility.

Offer

• A gross monthly salary of approximately €3,500 to €5,000, depending on your experience and knowledge
• A full-time working week of 37.5 hours at the office in Tervuren, with a predictable schedule and closure on Wednesday afternoons
• 20 statutory holiday days, supplemented by 2 extra days off and options via the cafeteria plan
