Function

As Life Insurance Administrator, you will be the administrative hub within the team and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Your responsibilities include:

  • Answering daily queries from customers and colleagues.
  • Updating and managing policies.
  • Drafting policies and preparing quotations, always with an eye on the best rates and guarantees for the customer.
  • Ensuring accurate administrative processing of all files.

You will also provide support to other regions within the Life Department during busy periods.

Profile

Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and structured colleague who is passionate about insurance and eager to help build an ambitious future. Do you recognise yourself in the following profile?

  • You already have initial experience in life insurance.
  • You are an administrative jack-of-all-trades who loves order and structure.
  • You communicate fluently by e-mail and are comfortable with digital customer contact.
  • You are energised by administrative tasks and work accurately.
  • You are familiar with Microsoft Office; experience with Brio and other insurance platforms is a plus.
  • You are flexible and open to providing support to other regions during peak periods.
  • You will work from the Genk office, but manage a broader portfolio.
