Function
What will your duties look like in the position of administrative transport clerk at our client located in Zeebrugge?
- Coordinating machine projects
- Scheduling of incoming machines and parts
- Preparation of transport and customs documents (e.g. CMRs, packing slips)
- Organising transport and administrative follow-up
- Creation of work orders
- Administrative support and archiving
- Management and control of ERP data
- Welcoming drivers
- Reporting and analysis from the ERP system
- Managing machine files
- Optimising processes
Profile
Which profile is our client located in the region of Zeebrugge looking for for the vacancy of administrative transport clerk?
- You work with an ERP package on a daily basis; experience with MS Dynamics 365 is a plus
- You can get along well in Dutch and English, knowledge of French is obviously a nice extra
- You like to take responsibility and show initiative
- Experience me transport organisation? That's nice, but not a must
- You make sure your input is punctual and correct at all times and you have an understanding of ERP systems and have a good grasp of how they work
- You think logically, love a top-notch finish and also have an eye for detail
- You can get on very well with Office: preparing KPIs and reports, making presentations, all no problem for you
- You handle administration carefully and accurately
- Working together in a team suits you well
