Function
What will your duties look like in the position of all-round administrative assistant at our client located in Zeebrugge?
- In the beginning, you will mainly support several people administratively in certain tasks
- You will be jointly responsible for helping to implement a new IT system for E-invoicing
- Provide administrative support to the accounting department? No problem for you either!
- After the familiarisation period, you will also be assigned certain projects (administratively)
Profile
Who are you as an all-round administrative clerk for our client located in Zeebrugge?
- You have a Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent through experience
- Ideally, you will already have several years of experience in an accounting/administrative role
- You speak and write Dutch and English fluently
- Above all, you are committed and motivated
- New IT programmes you learn quickly
- You describe yourself as a communicative person
Organisation
Our client is a certified freight forwarding and customs company in Zeebrugge specialising in the export and import of food goods through the port of Zeebrugge.
