Bookkeeper

Function

You will join a compact finance team of two experienced accountants. Not an island. Collaboration, though.

The role starts operationally, but does not stop there.

What you do concretely, in order of impact:

• Entry and processing of purchase and sales invoices
• General and analytical accounting for several companies
• Active role in cost monitoring, analysis and controlling
• Cooperation with external accounting firm for year-end closing and reporting
• Gradual take-up of payroll tasks (can be taught)

Here, it's all about quality. About working correctly. And about taking ownership of your numbers.

Profile

This team is not looking for a starter, but someone who brings calmness.

What matters here:

• At least a few years' experience within accounting
• Eye for detail. Real detail.
• Maturity and sense of responsibility
• Working independently without losing sight of the team
• Affinity with analytical thinking and controlling
• An interest in HR or payroll is a plus
• Strong education, preferably master's degree in accountancy
• Fluent in Dutch and English
