Work Planner

As a work planner/calculator, you will be responsible for preparing and calculating projects. You will work closely with various teams to ensure that projects run smoothly.

• Analyse project documentation and specifications.
• Preparation of detailed calculations.
• Working with suppliers and subcontractors to solicit quotes.
• Preparing work schedules.
• Contribute to the optimisation of work processes and efficiency.

Our client specialises in industrial renovation. Within this renovation, they focus on four different aspects: roofs, cast floors, concrete and total renovations. They are located in Zaventem and employ around 35 people. They are now looking for additional support in the form of work planner/calculator.

• You have a degree in construction engineering or equivalent experience.
• Excellent communication skills and team spirit.
• Analytical thinking skills and attention to detail.
• Command of relevant software tool, e.g. Bouwsoft, MS Office...
