Work Planner

As a Construction Work Planner, you will be the right hand of the project leader and work closely with him to work out each project in detail. You ensure that the right suppliers and subcontractors are called in at the right time. You are driven and eager to learn, and can always count on the support of experienced colleagues's.

What exactly will your duties entail?

- Analysing specifications and construction files.

- Support the head of work preparation/purchasing department.

- Preparation of competitions and price comparisons.

- Negotiate with suppliers/subcontractors.

- Placing and following up orders.

- Follow up on procurement planning in cooperation with construction management.

- Participate in work and project meetings as required.

- Monitor the procurement budget per project.

- Investigate possible alternatives in execution/materials.

- Provide input for annual supplier evaluations.

- A construction degree.

- Experience with industrial and/or residential projects required.

- Technically savvy and stress-resistant.

- Good negotiation and assertiveness skills.

- Strong in organisation and administration.

- Professional language skills, mainly in Dutch but knowledge of other languages is definitely a plus.

- Eager to learn and team-oriented, with a flexible attitude.
