Work Planner

As a work planner, you will be offered the following:

• A competitive salary based on your experience.
• Meal vouchers: €6/day.
• You will work in a 40-hour week from Monday to Friday.
• 20 leave days with an additional 12 ADV days according to the calendar of the construction industry.
• Parking is provided for the company.

As a work planner, your duties will be as follows:

• You will be responsible for planning, organising and preparing production and manufacturing processes.
• You work closely with the production department and ensure that materials, tools and machines are available on time and in the right place.
• you also create work instructions and prepare calculations
• Tracking production progress and quality control are among the responsibilities.
• You will also be responsible for resolving any issues and optimising processing to improve efficiency
• you are responsible for drawing up quotations in Construsteel (ERP package)
• you forward tenders to suppliers (steel and accessories)
• you prepare production files intended for the CNC drill-sawing line
• Registration and calculation of additional works are among your responsibilities.
• You keep records of cargoes and adjust where necessary.
• You process warehouse management administrative documents and correct where necessary.

This company is located in the region of Komen and specialises in industrial construction (mainly commercial construction) and agricultural construction.

It is a family-owned company that has been in the construction industry for more than 30 years. The company is hugely progressive, recently they have a company in France that will make the metal concrete panels for the firm. So the company will continue to grow in the coming years. Within the company, there is a flat structure where everyone is equal. Furthermore, they have their own workshop where all metal structures are processed.

As a work planner, you preferably meet:

• You are interested in industrial construction and have a technical and constructional understanding.
• Experience in steel constructions is a plus
• You have strong people skills
• You can plan efficiently
• You are a driven person and can work well in a team.
• You can handle deadlines well.
