Work Planner

The job as a Planner looks like this:

• You are responsible for following up the project from A to Z
• For the incoming price requests, you ensure an accurate calculation
• If necessary, you will ask the customer for a visit in the showroom
• You take care of the measurement at the customer's home
• After the project approval you place the order for the materials and take care of the planning of the installers
• In the workshop you follow up your ongoing project
• Occasionally you go to the yard for follow-up

• Building technology diploma or equivalent through experience
• Experience in a similar position may be a plus
• Dealing with customers will bring out your commercial side
• Good Dutch knowledge and basic French will do

You will be joining a company in the Aalter region that specialises in aluminium windows and doors for the private market. 

A team of 60 people is responsible for the daily growth of the company. Besides windows and doors, they are also active in shop fitting. 

Customers come to them by word of mouth. 

The first introductory meeting takes place with Tony (HR) and Kathy (Manager).

The job as Work Planner provides a salary according to knowledge, experience and wishes. 

You will work from 8 am to 5 pm in a 40-hour system. This means that you build up 12 ADV days on top of your 20 statutory days off. 

The construction leave is followed. The necessary flexibility is available if you have to leave earlier due to a private appointment.

You will be working in a very beautiful office building.
