Work Planner

As a partner for our esteemed client, we are looking for a driven Building Work Planner. This role reports to the project manager and offers a challenging opportunity for experienced professionals in the construction industry who enjoy being involved in complex projects.

Responsibilities:

- Checking, reviewing and adjusting working drawings of subcontractors and suppliers.

- Develop effective working methods and process improvements.

- Calculate and take care of orders and procurement of materials, including price negotiations.

- Preparation of detailed project planning and monitoring the execution of sub-schedule's.

- Tracking progress of construction works and associated cost statement.

- Maintain close contact with the executive team on site and act as liaison between external contacts and the operational team.

- A master's degree in industrial or civil engineering architecture.

- Fluent in Dutch; knowledge of French is a strong asset.
