Site manager - Hasselt

As a site manager, you are responsible for directing, coordinating, monitoring and adjusting all activities involved in the realisation of a project, from the preparation of the site to the final delivery of the building.

• You will be responsible for the site monitoring, development and planning of part or an entire site (depending on size);
• You monitor the execution planning and consult frequently with the project manager about deviations;
• You will check the quality and dimensions of the works carried out;
• You ensure that everyone on site follows all quality, safety, health and environmental guidelines correctly;
• You organise and coordinate logistics, materials and manpower (+ follow-up);
• You will manage the day-to-day execution of the project;
• You select and monitor subcontractors;
• You maintain contact with customers and their representatives;
• You will attend key site meetings and provide necessary reporting;

• You have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in construction engineering or have relevant work experience;
• You have at least 7 years' experience in construction project implementation.
• Characterised by your coordination and organisation skills, your communication skills, and stress resistance.
• You have strong organisational skills
• You speak and write fluent Dutch.
