Site Manager

• You closely monitor your yards
• You set the schedule
• You manage employees and subcontractors
• You participate in site meetings
• You coordinate the administration of your sites
• You manage and control materials and equipment on site
• You will report directly to the project manager
• You enforce safety regulations

• You have a degree in construction engineering or equivalent through experience within infrastructure
• You already have relevant experience in planning, coordinating and following up projects
• You have knowledge of construction and safety regulations
• You have the ability to lead and motivate employees
• You know how to tackle and solve problems
• You are communicative and strong in planning
• You have a great sense of responsibility
• You speak good Dutch. French and English are a plus.

The company specialises in infrastructure works, projects, road construction, hydraulic engineering, environmental engineering and earth and concrete works. They are looking for a Site Manager Infrastructure in the Flanders region.
