Site Manager

To carry out the job as a technical attendant, you may expect the following: 

• You draw up quotations 
• You give advice to the customer both by phone and by mail
• If the customer is on site, you are responsible for giving the necessary advice
• In addition, you are responsible for the technical administration such as the works declaration, purchase and sales invoices, incoming mail, etc.

To carry out the job as a Technical Assistant, you can identify yourself with the following skills;

• You have a construction engineering background through education or experience
• You have a commercial side; when the customer does not know what he wants, you can support him with this
• You like to work with figures for the preparation of offers
• You can analyse a building plan
• You have a good knowledge of the Office package
• You like to learn
• You have knowledge of Dutch, knowledge of French and English is an advantage
