Responsible production

As Production Manager at this company, you will be the driving force behind the production process. In this role, you will be responsible for the daily management of the workshop and ensure a smooth and efficient production flow. Together with a team of 8 employees, you will ensure that everything runs smoothly in the workshop that provides services to 2 companies in West Flanders.

• Leading the production department and managing 8 team members.
• Responsible for establishing and monitoring production planning.
• Coordinate tasks and responsibilities within the team.
• Manage human resources including scheduling and sick leave.
• Safeguarding the quality of the work as the person ultimately responsible.

• At least a completed technical education in a relevant field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a managerial position within manufacturing.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Experience in human resources management and planning.
• Results-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility for quality.
• Willingness to work in West Flanders.
