• Build a thorough understanding of products, customer factory operations and business objectives, and applicable government regulations
• Provide industry expertise to clients in the areas of hygiene, safety, quality and operations; including assistance with remediation plans and programmes, standard operating procedures, evaluation of processes and procedures, identification and implementation of operational efficiencies, and employee training
• Manage products and equipment; participate in equipment installations, observe and test the performance of equipment and products, repair or adjust equipment, adjust concentration of chemicals, monitor product stock and place orders
• Get to know customers' dishwashing systems and devise unique solutions as their expert in advanced cleaning and sanitising processes and programmes
• Apply your mechanical aptitude to install, repair and maintain equipment and systems for dishwashing, laundry and dispensing equipment; using this service to strengthen customer relationships
• Demonstrate safe use of equipment by ensuring that your customers' facilities are fully operational and that the teams are properly trained.

• You preferably have a technical education at bachelor level
• Knowledge of electricity is an asset
• You can express yourself fluently in Dutch, English and French
• You will operate in the territory of Brussels
• Industry-related experience in food service, laundry, housekeeping, hospitality and/or pool and spa is a big plus
• Experience in mechanical troubleshooting (e.g. plumbing, electrical, HVAC and/or mechanical experience) is a big plus
• You have the ability to deal effectively with others, including clients at senior level, including the ability to teach, coach and provide guidance and constructive feedback with tact and diplomacy
• You have strong relationship management skills and advanced consulting skills.
