Tender engineer HVAC

As a Tender Engineer, you will be responsible for accurately determining the costs of various HVAC projects. You ensure that customers choose us with confidence by drawing up technical and financially attractive quotations. To do this, you will work closely with a team of experts. Below is a sample of your tasks:

• You will get to know our suppliers and deepen your knowledge of HVAC techniques and materials, with a focus on heating systems and plumbing.
• Based on input from Project Engineers, you compare offers from different suppliers and choose the best option for required materials.
• You complete measurement records correctly and ensure technically complete files.
• You liaise with suppliers and stand firm during negotiations, supported by concrete information and agreements.
• You will receive administrative support from a Management Assistant.
• You will also work closely with project managers, calculators and technical draftsmen.

As a Tender Engineer HVAC, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• You have at least 2 years of relevant work experience and a good knowledge of HVAC techniques and materials.
• You are fluent in Dutch and also have a good knowledge of French.
• You are familiar with digital tools. If you already have experience with KPD, this is a plus.
• You work systematically and accurately, with an eye for detail and respect for deadlines.
• You are willing to work in the office on a daily basis and even in a brand new office from November.
