Technical Coordinator - Electricity and Engineering

• Responsibilities:
• 
  
  • Maintenance & repair of in-house electrical equipment:
    • Electrical machinery (table saws, pumps, etc.).
    • Site boxes and cables, including any necessary modifications.
    • Hand tools.
  • Organisation of site layout (in consultation with site management/visit on site):
    • Electrical installation:
      • Sizing.
      • Application Fluvius.
      • Supply contracts application.
      • Placement.
      • Inspection preparation (plans, schedules, calculations).
      • Inspection.
    • Charging infrastructure for electric cars.
    • Sanitary installation.
    • Housing - chain park.
    • Site closure.
  • Optimisation of yard equipment:
• Consideration of grid connection/power group/battery pack/solar panels, etc.
• Maintenance & Repair of installations at construction sites.
• Maintenance & repair of depots in Zeebrugge
• Construction site - hatch techniques.
• Office building maintenance:
  • Maintenance.
  • Recovery.
  • Inspections.
  • Operation general.
• Acquisition of new equipment (investments).
• Administration belonging to all the above:
  • Placing orders.
  • Prepare order forms / approve invoices.
  • Entry of daily reports own employees (daily & fortnightly).
• Staff to be managed (internal):
  • Electrician(s).
  • Technician(s).

Job requirements:

• Completed education in electrical engineering or similar.
• Minimum 5-10 years of relevant work experience.
• Knowledge of electrical installations and maintenance.
• Experience with control systems and automation.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good organisational and communication skills.
• Able to work and lead independently.
