Technical Draftsman

As a Technical Draughtsman for metal structures, you will play a crucial role in the design process of various complex and challenging structures. You will be responsible for drawing out components that make up various constructions, such as stairs, terrace structures, railings, aluminium cladding and more. You will work with your fellow draftsmen to create designs and do the corresponding correspondence with clients. 

• Preparation of detailed drawings of complex metal structures using Tekla Structures.
• Creation of piece and bolt lists, bills of materials and assembly overviews for project progress.
• Working together in a team to accurately translate spatial aspects of steel structures into technical drawings.
• Fine-tuning the design to customer requirements.
• Contribute to innovative solutions and improvements in design methods.

• Technical education at Bachelor's or Master's level, preferably with specialisation in construction or metal engineering.
• Experience in drawing out similar structures is a plus.
• Knowledge of and/or willingness to work with 3D drawing software.
• Driven to develop themselves and build expertise within a growing team.
• Can function well within a team and has good communication skills and customer-oriented attitude.
