Technical production manager Night

For our client active within the chemical sector, we are looking for a Technical Production Manager for the night shift.

Support production in all departments during the night shift by monitoring production processes / utility processes / technical alarms and carrying out first-line technical interventions to ensure the continuity of the various processes in the different departments during the night shift.

Below are some of the extensive range of tasks:

• Technical people manager - good social skills to get people to commit to safely realising what is expected of them and putting requirements where they need to be put.
• Has theoretical and practical knowledge of automated processes, mechanics and industrial electricity, minimum graduate or equivalent through experience (electrical, mechanical).
• Good understanding of and ability to express oneself in Dutch.
• Good understanding of and ability to express oneself in French.
• Willing to acquire in-depth knowledge of production facilities, utilities and other infrastructure.
• Knowledge of measurement and control techniques: variable speed drives, dry run protection, flow meters, mass flow meters, light barriers, adjusting weighing systems.
• Knowledge of compressed air; valves, compressed air compressors.
• Knowledge of hydraulics: valves, hydraulic group, hydraulic controls, control of overpressure protection.
• Knowledge of steam generators (boilers): steam mains, steam valves, steam traps,...
• Knowledge of pumps: screw pumps, centrifugal pumps, diaphragm pumps, peristaltic pumps.
• Materials knowledge: stainless steel, plastic types, types of seals.
• Knowledge of fans.
• BA5.
• Attest AWP.
• Knowledge of maintenance software Ultimo.
• Knowledge alarm software.
• Firefighter training.
• FIRST AID.
• Knowledge of fire stations: day-to-day operation and maintenance and repair work.
• Knowledge of maintenance and operation of various production/water treatment plants.

• Minimum 5-10 years' experience in a similar position.
• Technically proficient in both mechanics and industrial electricity.
• Flexible and willing to work night shifts.
• Command of Dutch and French, both oral and written.
• Leadership capabilities with strong social skills.
• Knowledge of various technical systems and installations such as measurement and control techniques, hydraulics, steam generators, and pumps.
• Certificates such as BA5, AWP certificate, and first aid.
• Familiarity with maintenance software such as Ultimo and alarm software.

Your salary will be increased by a night premium of 31%

You will work 40h in a 37h system, this means 18! additional ADV days
