Technical Support Engineer

As technical administrator you are responsible for an efficient and punctual administration of our projects. You will be part of the project team that mainly builds turnkey installations. Your approach is professional and customer-oriented. Your interest in technology ensures that you can provide maximum support to our project engineers. Depending on the needs in your team, you will also assist the project leaders in both the quotation phase and the order phase of a project. The ultimate goal is to realise a quick turnaround within the team by supporting each other. 

Your tasks will include the following: 

• Within your team you take care of the purchase of our projects. 
• Helping to draw up quotations for turnkey projects. 
• Supporting the project engineers in drawing up tank files, as built files, helping with the price calculation of projects, organising overnight stays for our engineers,... 
• You answer the phones on the general line from customers who have questions about the projects. 

The company specialises in the supply and installation of industrial installations for the storage and use of all kinds of (hazardous) substances. These installations are characterised by a well thought-out design with an eye for the environment, safety and efficiency. In doing so, they always try to play the role of challenger in the market. They do this by daring to think outside the box. 

• You preferably have at least 3 years of relevant experience in an industrial environment. Experience with a more 'technical' administration is a plus. 
• You have an interest in technology 
• You are familiar with MS Office and can work excel. 
• You speak fluent Dutch and can converse in French or English. German is considered a plus. 
• You are willing to follow training courses necessary for the job. 
• You like to work in a team, to grow together sustainably and you are ambitious.
