• You help ensure that everything goes according to plan. If the planning cannot be met, you discuss the alternatives with the team leader.
• You are co-responsible for achieving the KPIs at all times.
• You help ensure that the employees follow up on agreements made and that the quality of the work delivered is good.
• You will also be responsible for a lot of administrative tasks, such as processing breakdown reports, truck forms, scheduling inspections, etc.
• In addition, you support our mechanics on the shop floor with your technical knowledge and, if necessary, help them look for solutions.

Our client is a service company active in the industry.

• You have at least a (technical) bachelor's degree complemented by five years of experience in a technical environment, preferably in maintenance.
• The breakdowns in the construction of the trucks are situated in the areas of mechanics, hydraulics, pneumatics and electricity.
• You already have your first experience of leadership.
• You excel in planning and organisation and can keep calm even in stressful situations.
• Furthermore, you are a go-getter with a motivated work attitude.
• Finally, you have a good knowledge of the Office software package and can work fluently on a computer.
