Technical Leader

Depending on your work experience and degree, your monthly salary will be between €2400 and €5000 gross.

This wage is supplemented by:

- You carry out root-cause analyses and determine priorities

- You adjust the planning where necessary

- Together with the various (production/plant) managers, you discuss the main points, changes in planning and the planned work for the rest of the week

- Throughout all of this, a great deal of attention is paid to safety

- You brief the planning, findings and optimisations to the master marshals and technicians on a daily basis

- Every 4 to 5 weeks there is a shutdown, during which you also manage subcontracted technicians (20 to 50)

- You think along about optimisations, investments, safety and provide important input for other services (reliability, project, work preparation, production, ...)

- In the rollout of projects, you function as a key figure in coordination with suppliers, follow-up on site, ...

- The maintenance budget on a monthly basis amounts to +/- €500 000 and the projects range from €50 000 to 1mio

- Example projects are the installation of a new conveyor belt, conversion of a silo, ...

- Technical Bachelor's or Master's degree

- Experience in the mechanical field is most important, electrical experience a plus

- At least a first experience within industrial environment

- Additional interesting experience: recycling, steel, conveyors, agricultural machinery, vegetable processing, concrete and other heavy industry sectors

- Good knowledge of Dutch

- You like to be among people in the production environment and are not afraid to help solve problems

- You stand firmly on your feet in an industrial environment and you can communicate fluently to your fellow production and plant managers as well as to your own team

- You are good with people and through your personal approach, charisma yet assertiveness you take the team with you in the work that needs to be done

- You can and dare to put your vision and analyses into words
