Technical Assistant / Draftsman

As a Technical Assistant / Draughtsman, you will act as the right hand of the department head.
The following tasks are part of your job description:

- Control and follow-up of agreements made including in customer handling, supply of goods to be processed in the final product,...

- Supporting back-office for the project implementers on site (plan requests, contact with contractors and customers, permit requests, KLIP/KLIM requests, checkin@work,...)

- Supporting back-office for the sellers (requesting prices for non-standard products, additional technical documentation,...)

- Liaising with customers on technical administrative issues of projects

- Processing all kinds of technical and administrative matters

- Helping to draw up the production planning

- Drawing out and following up files from A to Z ( from Order to Delivery) 

- You can thoroughly study and analyse specifications 

- You ensure that your drawings are production-technically feasible

The company is a dynamic family-run business specialising in the production of precast concrete products. 

For the position of Technical Administrative Assistant, you have the following skills:

- Bachelor's degree in a technical field

- You have a good knowledge of Revit or Autocad 

- Very good knowledge of MS Software and drawing packages

- Good administrative insight

- Smooth communication

- Knowledge of French is a plus

- Orderly

- Team player
