Technical buyer & planner

In this role, you will support both procurement and planning of products and services within our dynamic team. Your responsibilities include:

• Maintaining contact with customers and suppliers
• Preparation of order forms
• Processing incoming orders and ensuring delivery
• Checking incoming orders and order confirmations
• Order tracking
• Creating delivery notes and preparing goods for shipment
• Back-up planning Benelux: deliveries, technical interventions, maintenance, customisation, rental equipment and removals
• Maintaining good internal relationships
• Price calculations of interventions and maintenance
• Classification of work orders and leak certificates
• Administrative processing (reports, work orders, etc.)

You are/have:

• communicative and assertive
• independent but also a team player
• Fluent in Dutch and have a good command of French and English.
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Navision and Business Central is a plus
• technical affinity
• flexible, stress-resistant, well-organised and precise

Our client specialises in sales and technical support of laboratory equipment. This includes low temperature deep freezers, glove boxes, laminar flow cabinets, incubators, ovens, autoclaves, vacuum technology and lyophilisation systems.

Their customer base includes laboratories, hospitals, universities and companies in the pharmaceutical industry. With a team of about 20 employees, they value a personal relationship between the end users and their company.
