Site manager Industrial Total Renovations

As a Site Superintendent of Industrial Total Renovations, you control the reins of industrial construction and renovation projects. You manage a team, organise the work on site together and ensure that deadlines are met. Each initiative is a new mission, and you are the link that makes it a success.

• You will monitor ongoing construction sites on a daily basis;
• These are projects of about six months each in the Port of Antwerp;
• You will be the point of contact for the various stakeholders on site;
• You manage the workers and subcontractors on site;
• You will be responsible for complying with all legal and administrative obligations at the start-up and during the course of a project;
• You will ensure the safe execution of works and compliance with quality standards;
• You are constantly looking for possible improvements in processes, systems and methods to increase efficiency;
• You will provide input in the preparation of the final file and invoicing.
