Site manager external joinery

To perform the job as a Site Manager, you should expect the following: 

• Gross monthly salary according to knowledge, experience, and requirements
• Working in a 38-hour week
• Flexibility in scheduling 
• Construction leave largely followed (Summer + WInter) 
• Training is provided 
• Striving for a 9 to 5 job

Then you can expect this in your range of duties: 

• You will start at 7am so you can support the placers at the site such as explaining planning, solving questions/problems. 
• You do a combination of inside and outside sales. 
• You go to the yard for measurements 
• You will prepare the technical drawings for the workshop
• You order the materials
• You follow the site meetings
• You prepare an As-built dossier

You will join a company in Zottegem that has specialised in aluminium exterior joinery for 70 years. The company has grown in recent years and is therefore looking for reinforcement. In the workshop, they make everything themselves.

To perform the job as a Site Manager, you will have mastered these skills.

• You already have experience in the construction industry; experience in exterior joinery is a plus, not a must
• You have an affinity for exterior joinery work
• You are communicative and can deal smoothly with customers
• You have knowledge of MS Office and AutoCad
