Function
We are looking for a Site Superintendent for the leading Oosterweel Project in Antwerp. As Site Manager Roads & Sewerage, you will have responsibility for crucial tasks:
- Managing and Organising: On a daily basis, you coordinate foremen, workers and subcontractors. You monitor the work plan in terms of time, budget and quality.
- Safety First: You ensure the safe execution of work according to our safety policy. Organising toolbox meetings and team meetings is a matter of course here.
- Efficiency and Problem Solving: You proactively resolve planning bottlenecks and communicate effectively with all stakeholders. Lean meetings are organised by you to achieve the most efficient integrated planning.
