Site Manager

As a site manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will manage your own teams and subcontractors on site.
• You ensure timely and safe delivery.
• You take part in site meetings.
• In addition, you place the necessary orders.
• Finally, you will work closely with the project manager or project managers depending on the size of the projects.
• Your sites are mainly located in East Flanders and Flemish Brabant.

Our client has been active for more than 30 years as a property developer whose main activity is residential projects. They focus on quality, aesthetics and sustainability, taking into account an optimal price-quality ratio. Meanwhile, all sub-companies together have grown to some 60 employees. Due to continued growth, they are looking for a site manager for their general contracting department in apartment building.

As a site manager, you will largely meet the following requirements:

• You have a bachelor's degree in construction or are equivalent through experience.
• You are in possession of a driving licence B.
• You are a good coordinator. You make sure all employees know what their job is and make sure planning is followed up properly.
• You have an eye for detail and can handle deadlines smoothly.
• You are an enthusiastic and driven personality with a sense of responsibility.
• You have an eye for detail and quality.
