Site Manager

For the position of site manager, you will be responsible for the following tasks:

• You will be responsible for the technical or financial follow-up and supervision of one or more construction sites.
• You will be in charge of planning and monitoring site activities.
• You will maintain regular contacts with the construction manager.
• You will lead the execution staff by enthusing the workers and stimulating their activity.
• You control the project's quality plan during execution.

For the position of site manager, you hold a Bachelor/Master degree in construction engineering (or equivalent through experience) and preferably already have several years of experience as a site manager.

• If you have experience in laying firewater pipes, this is a plus.
• Contact and communication skills in Dutch.
• Contactable in French and English.
• Have an understanding of IT applications.
• Paying attention to quality, safety and environmental concerns.
• Competencies: Communicative, independent, delegating, organising, collegial.
