Site Manager

For the job as Site Manager on an industrial site, you may expect the following:

For the job as a site manager, you will be able to perform the following tasks: 

• You are responsible for the maintenance of the buildings 
• You follow the safety regulations well 
• You draw up the planning 
• During the works, you check the quality and progress 
• You manage the subcontractors 
• You give technical advice and, if necessary, you request quotations from potential suppliers
• You draw up plans in Autocad 
• You handle the file technically and administratively

You will be working for an international company in Ghent that produces paper. 

You are responsible for all construction-technical matters. Every day, you are present on a very large industrial site in Ghent.
