Site coordinator Pipelines

• You are responsible for following up and coordinating all kinds of works (civil engineering, piping, etc.) in the field under the direction of the project leader (changes to the route and adjustments to piping)
• You control the quality of the works: plans, specifications, execution methods, etc.
• You are responsible for following up the procedures for commissioning our pipelines in collaboration with the project manager
• You will ensure daily monitoring and compliance with safety rules: checking instructions, SCC aspects, work preparation, etc.
• You manage the planning when executing the works: intervention deadlines, coordination with external and internal actors, etc.
• You control the budget: monitoring performance, following up works under direction and according to contracts, etc.
• You will manage the administrative tasks in the execution of the works: orders, receipt of equipment, welding books, execution as-built, etc.

• A bachelor's degree in electromechanics or structural engineering
• A first yard experience is practically necessary
• An SCC 'Safety for Operational Managers' certificate and an industrial worker's certificate is a plus
• Ability to work digitally and use a PC (software, the cloud and applications)
• Sense of initiative and organisational skills
• A critical mind and problem-solving ability
• Good communication skills, allowing you to deal with different interlocutors
• A keen sense of accuracy and quality
• A command of French or Dutch and a good working knowledge of the other language
• Furthermore, this position requires flexibility to carry out professional travel between sites (in Belgium) and possibly stay overnight for relatively short periods of time
