Service engineer

Are you technically skilled and do you enjoy working independently? As a Service Engineer, you are the point of contact for both preventive and curative maintenance of our advanced internal transport equipment at customers in your region.

• Preventive maintenance - 50% of your time is spent on planned maintenance to prevent breakdowns and keep our lifting and transport equipment in top condition.
• Troubleshooting - The other 50% of your time is spent detecting and fixing technical problems on equipment such as forklifts, stackers, reach trucks, order pickers, pallet trucks, tractors and platform trucks.
• Via your laptop, you will read fault codes and analyse the cause to resolve faults quickly and efficiently.
• You will encounter various electrical and electronic problems, such as failures of inverters, motors, cabling, modules and drive controllers.
• You will also perform maintenance on mechanical parts, where wear and tear on bearings, wheels and other components is common.
• You will also have to deal with hydraulic and thermal failures.

• A2 or bachelor's degree in a technical field 
• Min 2 years of relevant experience as a maintenance technician, service technician or service engineer. 
• Hands-on and passionate about technology and innovation 
• All-round technical expertise: mechanics, electricity/electronics, hydraulics.
