Service Coordinator

As service coordinator you will be responsible for the following: - Drawing up tenders, administrative preparation, planning and monitoring of maintenance contracts - Pro-active planning of preventive maintenance - Organising inspections in close contact with the inspection authorities and following up and reporting on this to the customers - Organising, collecting and dispatching safety valves to be overhauled with customers and suppliers - Looking for spare parts, drawing up tenders + technical support to customers - Requesting and following up orders from customers and suppliers with regard to maintenance contracts, spare parts, etc. - Checking incoming spare parts + checking invoices from suppliers + dispatching of outgoing spare parts + drawing up of outgoing invoices - Further development and follow-up of the stock management system - Preparation of invoices for technical interventions - Co-scheduling of technicians and service staff, including follow-up of leave arrangements
