Senior File Manager

To strengthen this office in the Lier region, we are looking for a Senior File Manager. You can expect the following tasks within your future role:

You will take full responsibility for your own files from start to finish. This includes a wide range of tasks, such as processing various invoices, preparing VAT returns and both personal and corporate income tax returns. You will also be responsible for preparing annual accounts and finalising balance sheets. Would you like to grow even further and hold client meetings? The diversity of clients and associated files makes for an exciting and varied working environment. You will work with both sole traders and partnerships, and in different sectors. To fill this role of Senior File Manager, we are looking for the person who recognises themselves in the following:

• You obtained a bachelor or graduate degree in a relevant field of study e.g. accountancy-tax.
• You can count on several years of experience in a file management role.
• You have a healthy interest in all things accounting.
• You are someone who has an eye for detail and is always meticulous.
• You know how to express yourself fluently in Dutch, knowledge of another language is a nice plus.
• You are fluent in new software programmes's.
• You are looking for an environment that offers opportunities to grow further in your role.

We are currently looking for an additional senior file manager for an accounting firm in the region of Lier. In addition to the office in Lier, they have a second office in the province of Antwerp. As such, you will be joining a medium-sized office of around 30 employees.
