In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of the claims process, having a direct impact on customer satisfaction. You will be the point of contact for policyholders during an important moment: handling their claims. With your expertise and empathy, you will ensure that every claim is carefully assessed and processed, always in line with policy conditions and legal guidelines.


Your responsibilities are varied and challenging. You will delve into the details of each claim, assess its validity and coverage, and gather all necessary information, including witness statements and damage reports. You will coordinate claims inspections and calculate the financial impact of each claim.


Communication is your strength: you maintain strong relationships with policyholders, brokers and other stakeholders. You are a problem solver, skilled in handling disputes and always looking for ways to increase customer satisfaction.
