Safety coordinator

- As an independent safety coordinator, you will independently manage your own projects, working closely with an experienced fellow safety coordinator.

- Together with the dedicated administrative assistant, you will draft important administrative documents, such as the PHP, PID, etc., with care and precision.

- You efficiently schedule your site visits, combining the pre-specified site visits with the duration as stated in the quotation, for flawless execution.

- On larger projects, you represent the company during consultations with the construction team. Here, you not only convey their values and standards, but also share your extensive knowledge.

- You play a crucial role in drawing up demolition follow-up plans (SOP), for which you go on site to make accurate determinations.

- Monitoring the project budget and negotiating any additional work are among your responsibilities.

- As a flexible professional, you are regularly on the road; once a week you can be found at the office in the Noorderkempen.

- As an experienced independent safety coordinator, you have proven expertise in safety coordination and hold at least a recognised VC Type B certification.

- An added plus is your experience or certification in preparing Demolition Succession Plans (SOP's).

- Your empathy enables you to interact with the entire construction team in a respectful manner.

The safety coordinator we are looking for will be employed on a self-employed basis for a consultancy firm in the North Kempen region with projects all over Flanders. Are you convinced that you are that person?
