Once agreement is reached on a project, you take over the administrative organisation and coordination of the projects. You work out an efficient work schedule, make the necessary administrative preparations and keep in close contact with various suppliers and the teams on site. During execution, you monitor the timing of the project and ensure efficient site follow-up. The technical aspect is mainly monitored by the manager, and you in turn ensure good reporting. You are also the central point of contact for clients, architects, subcontractors, etc.
