What you do as a Recruitment Specialist: 

- On the one hand, you will receive the International candidates through various channels (via our digital LinkedIn team, regional offices or colleague offices in Poland, Romania and Portugal), but you will also actively help to find these talents.

- With this foreign-language talent, you eagerly set to work. You will get to know your candidate better through a 1st phone or video interview. Then you start looking for the right fit.

- Even more than usual, these candidates need the full picture: a career-related move is not excluded.

- You prepare a substantive selection report incorporating the candidate's profile and tests

- You are a communicative linchpin in the search for the suitable employer for the candidate. You dispatched the profile to the various surrounding CTRL-F offices, which also help look for a suitable match for your candidate. On the other hand, you cut your teeth and contact companies yourself to convince them of your candidate.

- You take your candidate in tow in making contacts with companies and searching for additional opportunities in a result-oriented way. With your negotiating skills in your pocket, you go to the client/prospect to convince them to work with CTRL-F at the appropriate conditions.

- With the necessary guts and sales-technical skills, you will win the vacancies and convince the client to work with CTRL-F.

- We go the extra mile by attending the job interview and also take on the role of HR partner here. Goal: create a long-term cooperation with clients, where we assist them in HR and talent placement.
