R&D engineer

As an experienced R&D Engineer at this company, you will be responsible for developing products from start to finish and improving existing designs.

• Design
• Construction of prototypes
• Building and running or supervising tests
• Taking into account product manufacturability and costs
• Cooperation with production and procurement
• Optimise products based on customer feedback (B2B)
• Participation in trade fairs
• Creating manuals
• Keeping abreast of the latest technological developments in the sector

• Bachelor or Master degree in a technical field (Electromechanics, Product Design, Manufacturing Technology, etc.)
• Minimum 5 years' experience in an R&D environment
• Knowledge of Adobe and Office packages
• Creativity in problem solving and innovation
• Fluent in Dutch and good command of English
