Quality Supervisor

As Quality Supervisor you are responsible for the following tasks:

• Permanent quality monitoring on the shop floor.
• Performing daily quality rounds including measuring and visually assessing produced parts based on prescribed customer specifications. Also carrying out process audits.
• Resolving deviations in cooperation with production managers.
• Discussing deviations and remarks during the daily quality meeting and setting up containment actions on the work floor as well as in the ERP system if necessary.
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of the quality system and the elimination of blind spots.
• Assess whether the operators have received sufficient training for their task and understand critical specifications.
• Preparation of reports of the quality rounds in MS Office and Wrike.
• You will work in a two-shift system (early-late).

Preferably, as a quality supervisor, you can tick the following items:

• You have a technical bachelor degree or equivalent through experience.
• You have a thorough knowledge of measurement and quality techniques and a good technical insight.
• Knowledge of CMM (PC-Dmis) is an advantage.
• You are Dutch and fluent in English.
• You are good with people and enjoy coaching them.
• You are strict in following procedures and you work in a precise and structured way.
