Quality Officer

You will function as a quality manager to ensure the processes within the Supply Chain meet the quality standard of the preliminary process.

- Project work: o Quality control over the supply chain on new projects and processes

• Preparation of material specifications
• Participates in project meetings as the person responsible for the department;

- Preparation and follow-up of supplier complaints;

- Conduct supplier reviews;

- Thinking along to improve internal processes;

- Certification in the ERP system (preliminary process for operations)

• Components, finished products and BOMs (Bill Of Material);
• Batch records

- Beyond this range of duties, there is also the option to be part of;

• Support in managing suppliers and service providers to ensure quality compliance;

▪ Conduct supplier audits;

▪ Establish and manage quality agreements.

• Support in coordinating the internal audit programme and conducting internal audits

- Preferably a have a bachelor's degree

- Preferably knowledge and experience of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) guidelines;

- Preferably knowledge and experience with Microsoft Dynamics or similar ERP systems;

- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office;

- Good knowledge of the Dutch and English languages;

- High standards of quality and integrity;

- Both team player and independent;

- Communicative, able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally;

- Ensures synergy and thinks in win-win situations;

- Able to prioritise important issues and maintain this prioritisation;

- Stress resistant;

- Flexible.
