QC employee

• During your daily tour in production, you perform checks to ensure the quality of raw materials, intermediate products and finished products.
• You guide and support production and warehouse deficiencies related to product quality. You also carry out cause analyses of internal shortcomings.
• You will take samples and process these results in collaboration with an external lab.
• You check quality-related floordocuments.
• You perform hygiene rounds and internal audits in production.
• You keep the product specifications and documentation of the packaging material up to date.
• You provide internal training on quality topics.
• In case of supplier shortcomings, you take and follow up appropriate actions towards procurement/supplier.
• You provide support in terms of verification and validation of our processes.
• You will report to the Food Safety Officer.

• You have a higher degree appropriate to the position, preferably bachelor's degree in Agro and Biotechnology (food technology) or bachelor's degree in food and dietetics
• You have at least 1 year's experience in a production or quality department. Experience in a food company is a nice plus!
• You can work independently and can also come up with creative/realistic solutions.
• You are accurate in your administration and can plan and organise well.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics is an added bonus!

• Full-time employment as a clerk in a 2-shift system 10%. (early/late)
