HVAC-S project leader

You will be working in an SME with a family atmosphere and can count on a correct salary supplemented with a car, fuel card, meal vouchers, ...

Moreover, you work in a 40-hour week, which entitles you to 12 ADV days.

As HVAC project leader, the following tasks will be part of your job description:

- Pre-calculation: drawing up cost price calculations and submitting price requests for public tenders and private invitations to tender for industrial and residential projects. In addition, you think about and implement optimisations that have a favourable effect on the work preparation and work organisation. Furthermore, you determine the start-up and delivery date of the works.

- Site preparation: you will be responsible for writing out a project strategy, optimisations, approving execution plans, speaking to clients, etc. In addition, you will ensure good progress on the sites.

- Site organisation: You organise the logistical planning and determine how to deploy the right resources and people for the execution of the works.

- Site execution: You are aware of all contractual agreements, analyse them and work out a project plan. In addition, you are responsible for the general organisation, both internally and on the site. You give guidance to the work planner, site manager, workers and subcontractors. You motivate and inspire your team members, using a positive leadership style.

- Financial: You make the progress statements and have them approved.

- Subsequent costing: You make post-calculations of the projects.

Our client is an SME that has been active in the HVAC-S world for more than 30 years.

As a general contractor for HVAC and plumbing, they focus on total solutions in installation technology, plumbing, air treatment, cooling and heating.

They provide installations in houses, flats, hospitals, residential care centres, schools, public buildings, sports halls, swimming pools, offices, shops, industry, ....

With a team of 50 employees, they are the partner in climate solutions and sanitary installations.

From planning to finished concept, their strength lies in the fact that they are a team, where they respect all actors in the realisation process.

- You already have experience in the HVAC sector.

- You are in possession of a bachelor or master degree in a technical direction (electromechanics, energy technology, construction engineering, air conditioning,...) or are equivalent through experience.

- You are dynamic and an excellent communicator.

- You work in a structured way and have an eye for improvement.

- You are flexible.

- You can express yourself fluently in Dutch.
